Order & Delivery Information

All our cat trees are individually handcrafted to order — we do not keep ready-made stock.

Order Process

To begin production, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be settled prior to collection or delivery.

Production Timeline

Once your deposit is received, your order is placed in our production queue. We’ll provide an estimated completion date and keep you updated on progress throughout the process.

Delivery & Collection

Smaller cat trees can be delivered for an additional fee. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and quoted separately.

Larger cat trees currently require collection from our workshop in Edenvale, as we do not yet have a reliable delivery solution for oversized items. We are exploring options to improve this and will update our clients as soon as a solution becomes available.
